Right, I've seen a couple of candidates that I like the look of, what should I do now?
Either use the contact details in their profile to get in touch directly, or use our Invite to Apply option. You just tick the box next to the names of the candidates you're interested in, click Invite Selected and then fill out the email form on the next page, where you should include details of the vacancy. The second way means you're only then dealing with people who are definitely keen to join your company.
