Career Profile? CV? What's the difference? Why can't I just send you my CV?
We need what's called "structured" data to ensure the whole process works well and your details are always returned at the right time, and that's where the Career Profile form comes in. It also allows recruiters to make meaningful comparisons across a range of candidates. It's important to attach your word document CV as well because it'll be scanned in any keyword search that a recruiter carries out. The recruiter might also want to see more than just your Career Profile before deciding whether to get in touch.
