Who has access to my candidate details - in other words who can 'headhunt' me?
Any recruiter who signs up for the service can use our sophisticated search tools to view a list of those candidates who match their requirements. It's up to them whether they act on it. The recruiter might be looking to fill a local vacancy or somewhere further afield. You input where you're willing to work so only recruiters with appropriate vacancies will contact you.
