We are not an employment agency. But if you complete and submit your career profile, we will make those details available to potential employers who have job vacancies matching the kind of work you have told us that you are looking for. We will not charge you for our service. You will deal directly with the employer (or their authorised agent) in respect of any job vacancy.

By using this service you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Your responsibilities as a job-seeker:

• You confirm that you are 18 years old or over and that you are a fit and suitable person for the kind of work you are seeking.
• You acknowledge that we are not authorised to enter into any agreement with you on behalf of the employer.
• You confirm that you are aware of all the requirements imposed by law or any professional body in connection with the kind of work you are seeking. If you are required to hold professional qualifications or authorisations to do the work:
  
  1. you confirm that you hold them;
  2. you agree to show proof to potential employers at their request.
• In the case of any job requiring professional qualifications or authorisations, or any work with vulnerable persons (such as children, the elderly or disabled), you agree to provide to a potential employer at their request two written references as to your suitability from people who are not your relatives.

You honestly believe that all the information you have supplied in your Career Profile and in your use of this service is correct and you agree to compensate us for any loss or damage falling on us as a result of your submission of false information or any failure or delay by you in carrying out your obligations under this agreement.
